The Process

  Fill out the form at right to request your Refiner's Return Pack. You will receive it in 3-5 business days.

• Step 2:

  Place your gold in the Refiner's Return Pack and mail it in the insured, post-paid envelope.

• Step 3:

  When your gold arrives at our Processing Center, an expert jewelry appraiser will open your packet, photograph your items, and determine their weight and purity. All this is done within 1 business day!

• Step 4:

  We will immediately send you a check by mail based on the value of your gold, or if you choose our FREE My Express Cash option, we will direct deposit the cash to your checking account.
